We are offering a dog friendly bed and breakfast in our rural home in the heart of East Devon.  

Whether you are on a shooting / fishing break, attending a local field trial or just seeking a quiet get away in the country,we are able to accommodate you and your dogs. 

We have a secure gun cabinet if required and comfortable kennels.

The facilities at Irelands include 2 double rooms, shower room, sitting room with television, broadband and tea and coffee making facilities. A generous cooked breakfast in our lovely dining room will set you off for the day. 

We are surrounded by accessible farmland and woodland and there are good footpaths with immediate access from our property.  

Clyst Hydon is located 5 miles from M5 Junction 28 (Cullompton) or 10 miles from A30 just south of Honiton. Exeter to the south or Taunton to the north are the nearest cities. The Jurassic Coast is just half an hour away. Honiton is a lovely market town with a good range of shops to suit most requirements and is especially famous for its beautiful Honiton Lace. Ottery St Mary and the famous Otter Nursery are situated 8 miles away. 

Escot, an estate going back to Norman times owned by the Kennaway family for the last 200 years is open to the public and is located at Fairmile, 6 miles away.
